Bisquisito stands for what we truly believe and represent - 'Biscotti' and 'Squisito' or 'Baked Twice' and 'Delicious' in Italian. Just as intended by the food-passionate Mommas in the quaint Tuscan villages as a wholesome food with a long shelf life, Bisquisito recreates Biscottis in true traditional ways conceived centuries ago.

Truly hand-made and hand-cut in small batches, our Biscottis are showered with as much attention and love as you would in your own kitchen. Only the finest natural ingredients pass our stringent scrutiny, and even organic ingredients could be customized upon request*.

Unlike modern mass-produced biscottis, our product do not contain butter, margarine, oil or shortening that would taint your perfectly brewed coffee, tea, milk or wine that you dip them into with oily residue. Instead it would mildly infuse them with the aroma and flavor of the choice nuts and fruits.

"Biscotti" bermakna "Bakar dua kali" atau "Baked Twice" di dalam bahasa Itali. Ianya merupakan snek sampingan ketika menikmati kopi di kebanyakan cafe dan restoran di Itali.

Bisquisito merupakan gabungan dua perkataan yang menjadi tunggak kekuatan kami - "Biscotti" dan "Squisito" yang memberi makna "Bakar 2 kali" dan "Sedap" di dalam bahasa Itali. Kami menyediakan Biscotti dengan penuh penelitian dan kesungguhan menggunakan resipi tradisi seperti ibu-ibu di perkampungan Tuscan, Itali. Resipi tradisi yang kami gunakan membolehkan Biscotti kami di simpan lama.

Dipotong tanpa mesin dan diusahakan di rumah, membuatkan Biscotti kami begitu istimewa dan perincian diberikan untuk setiap adunan seperti anda membuatnya sendiri. Kami hanya menggunakan bahan yang bersih, suci dan halal dalam menjamin mutu dan rasa Biscotti kami. Penggunaan bahan organik hanya atas permintaan pelanggan*.

Tidak seperti penghasilan Biscotti secara moden dan besar-besaran, Biscotti kami tidak mengandungi mentega, marjerin, minyak masak atau 'shortening' kerana ini hanya akan memberi kesan minyak kepada kopi, teh dan susu kegemaran anda ketika anda mencelup Biscotti ke dalam minuman anda. Namun, Biscotti kami akan memberi aroma dan perisa terhadap minuman anda bergantung kepada pilihan perisa. Biscotti kami bukan sahaja boleh dinikmati bersama kopi, teh, susu atau koko panas (hot chocolate), tetapi juga ais krim dan yogurt kegemaran anda.
